The members of the Board

CMAP is a non-profit organization . It was created in 1995 by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Paris Île-de-France (formerly called CCIP) in partnership with:

  • The Commercial Court of Paris
  • The Paris Bar
  • The French National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce
  • The French National Association of Chartered Accountants

The association is headed by a Board of Directors composed of 22 members, among which:

  • The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Paris Île-de-France. He is also the President of CMAP
  • The Presidents of the Commercial Courts of Paris, Nanterre, Bobigny, Créteil, Versailles and Pontoise
  • The President of the Bar of Paris and the Presidents of the Bars of Ile de France
  • The Chairman of the French National Association of Chartered Accountants
  • The President of the Association des Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises (ACE)
  • The President of the Association française des juristes d’entreprise (AFJE).

The Board of Directors can designate CMAP associate members, and corresponding members . They are chosen for their interest in the development of alternative dispute resolution.
