Each year, more than a hundred students compete in a series of simulated mediations, in which they play the role of mediator (each session lasts 1 hour). ). The students are judged by professionals from the legal, economic and judicial worlds (two representatives from the business world, lawyers, magistrates, accountants, CMAP mediators, playing the parties in conflict; and a third professional experienced in mediation techniques, observing the process).
CMAP invites you to its next Commercial Mediation Competition from March 20 to 23, 2023.
As every year, the competition is open to all students who are future lawyers, business leaders, lawyers, managers, engineers… It is a unique opportunity to learn about the practice of mediation, a true meeting of the legal and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
We also offer a “+28” competition for students over 28 years old.
Our French-speaking competition welcomes schools and universities in France and abroad*. Prestigious universities and schools are already mobilized… Join them!
* French-speaking students living abroad will be allowed to participate in the Competition by videoconference, please contact us at concours@cmap.fr
