Raising awareness on mediation and arbitration among tomorrow's professionals

The CMAP, an association under the law of 1901 created by the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1995, has been collaborating since its creation with universities, business schools, engineering schools, prestigious schools and law schools.

Because we believe that the development of mediation and arbitration requires a shift in mentalities, a change from the culture of litigation to the culture of consensus, the future generations of lawyers, business leaders, engineers, notaries, etc. must be made aware of the new conflict management tools.
