You can turn to CMAP thanks to this form.

Before turning to us, please make sure that your case will be able to be examined by the CMAP.

Your case must meet the following conditions (laid down in Article L.152-2 of the Consumer Code):

  • you must justify having previously tried to solve your dispute with the concerned trader, through a written complaint, as notified in the terms and conditions or in your contract with the professional;
  • your case must not submit an unfounded or abusive application;
  • your dispute must not have been previously considered or under consideration by/with another mediator or court;
  • direct your complaint to the professional must not be older than one year at the time of filing your request for mediation;
  • the dispute must be within the CMAP’s mediation of consumption field of competence.

If your application does not meet these conditions, the CMAP reserves the right to reject your demand. You will be informed within three weeks after the reception of your complete application.
